Get a Quote.

Simply choose your collection Postcode and Overseas Destination from the “drop down menu” and enter either an accurate or guessed weight to get a shipping price.
 
The website can give you two types of quotes. “Basic” or “Advanced”.

“Basic” is chosen if you only have a guessed idea of the weight of your shipment.

“Advanced” should be chosen if you have both the actual weight and dimensions of your shipment.

Book it.
Once you have decided to go ahead simply click the “Book it” button. At this point you should enter your full address, contact details and preferred collection date into the easy “step by step” online form.

The team at CompareCargoRates will now liaise with you to confirm a convenient collection date and supply any “Free Boxes” you may need.

Collection Day.
By this point you will need to of packed your goods and emailed us a list of the contents of your shipment. Please ensure you are ready for the driver.

The goods will then be booked into the CompareCargoRates warehouse and a check weight & list of dimensions taken.

Please note: Your welcome to use your own packaging. You can use our free boxes, suitcases, tea chests, TV boxes or other packaging which you consider suitable for transit.

Final Confirmation Stage.
At this point CompareCargoRates will have an accurate set of weights and dimensions to enable an exact final shipping price to be given. The system will now raise and email an invoice to you.

Payment Options.
The Customer now chooses a payment option. The options are Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Google Checkout, Cash or Direct Bank Transfer.

Goods shipped.
Once payment has been received the goods will be shipped. The Client is given all the necessary information to enable them to track their shipment to the final destination.
